Georgia Crown wanted a facility that would be intensely utilized on a daily basis to carry on it’s rapid pace business, yet be durable and maintain a high quality character for decades to come. Thus, the extensive use of precast concrete.
This Distribution and Office Campus features a 376,000 SF state of the art imported and domestic spirits, wines and beer distribution facility. It also includes a 19,000 SF fleet maintenance building and a 54,000 SF office building on two floors.
Architectural precast concrete wall panels featuring buff coloring and a medium sandblast finish were utilized for the exteriors walls.
This facility, designed by Beta Design Group, won a 2005 ACI First Place Award in the Industrial Category.
